One-Time Allocation Fund

The Student Government Association has the ability to make a recommendation for the allocation of funds to student organizations on campus who have expressed their need for financial assistance in regards to putting on programs and traveling.

Below you will find more information on the policies and procedures that student organizations must follow in order to request financial assistance through the One-Time Allocation Fund process. Please be sure to read over the guidelines thoroughly before applying or your request will be denied.

The application for One-Time Allocation Funds is available on the Involvement Network and will be available Wednesday, August 13, 2025 through Monday, December 1, 2025. The form will resume on Monday, January 12, 2026 and applications will be accepted through  Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Please note: The All-Campus Allocations Committee will not convene March 9-20.
