Judicial BranchMeet the Justices The Judicial Branch ensures accountability and responsibility within the Student Government Association. The Supreme Court is made up of the Chief Justice and 4 Associate Justices. It has jurisdiction over different cases presented in SGA, such as alleged violations of the Constitution and of the Code of Ethics. The Judicial Branch also oversees the constitutionality of annual elections and hears appeals for violations of the elections code.
