Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch is to ensure accountability and responsibility within the Student Government Association.

The Supreme Court, made up of the Chief Justice and 4 Associate Justices. It has jurisdiction over different cases presented in SGA, such as alleged violations of the Constitution and of the Code of Ethics. The Supreme Court also has the power to expel a member from office if there is a majority vote.
